Tania PauletTania completed her Bachelor of Science and Master of Osteopathy at Victoria University in 2007. She has since worked in private practice as well as clinical supervising and lecturing at Victoria University and teaching the APMA Pilates diploma course. She has a focus on injury rehabilitation, pain management and pre- and post-partum pregnancy care. Tania has worked as an Osteopath throughout a variety of clinics across southeast Victoria and Queensland. During her time practicing Osteopathy and lecturing, Tania has seen firsthand the results of a multi-faceted approach to treating the human body. This sparked her to pursue her studies in Pilates. In 2012 Tania completed her training with Stott Pilates, specifically focusing on skeletal rehabilitation. She followed this by attaining her Australian Pilates Method Association certification. Since then, she has undertaken further training, including a focus on rehabilitation of pelvic girdle pain and has completed a pregnancy and post-partum corrective exercise specialist course. Tania enjoys helping people with a wide range of problems from neck and jaw pain to thoracic and rib problems. She has particular interest and has had further training in the care of women during and after pregnancy. Tania particularly enjoys using both her “hands on” Osteopathic skills, along with her knowledge of core strengthening and stability, to help women through pregnancy and recovery, as they grow their family. She always places an emphasis on overall health and well-being when working with her clients. |
